2012 Global HR Viewpoint Survey
This is our second release of the HR Viewpoint Survey in Australia and this allows us to draw interesting comparisons from the 2010 data. We are delighted to this year have partnered with our global affiliates Profile in Asia and Macmillan Davies Hodes (MDH) in the UK to present to you the first HR Viewpoint Survey with a global data set.
The 2012 Global HR Viewpoint Survey report is based on the responses from nearly 3,000 HR professionals of all levels. The strong response to the survey proves that no matter where HR professionals are in their career journey or where they are located in the world, they want a VOICE to express what matters in their careers.

2009 Voice of the Customer Survey
Customers are very cognisant of the competitive nature of the recruitment industry and the potential for this to impact on service delivery in terms of client/candidate relationships, communication and results.
