Customers are very cognisant of the competitive nature of the recruitment industry and the potential for this to impact on service delivery in terms of client/candidate relationships, communication and results. In July 2006 we started the first of our research initiatives and were delighted that the survey showed that our customers believe that our firm provides a valuable service to both industry and the HR profession, and remains one of the leading HR recruitment consultancies in Sydney and Melbourne.

Feedback from our clients revealed:

• they value our expertise in the HR marketplace, our up-to-date knowledge of contemporary HRM and its trends, and our wide network within the HR profession.
