About the role
In this generalist HR Business Partner role, you will partner with leaders across the organisation to deliver high-quality HR support. Key focus areas include:

  • Providing strategic and operational HR advice
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Navigating workers’ compensation with confidence
  • Supporting a diverse and passionate workforce
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has proven HR Business Partner experience
  • Brings a mature, empathetic, and professional approach to sensitive and complex matters
  • Thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment
  • Ideally has experience in health, education, disability, or community services
