Your Role
Working closely with your team and leaders across the business, you will provide strategic and operational expertise, delivering on a variety of people initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Key focuses:
- Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders to influence and support, collaborating to develop solutions and achieve organisational goals;
- Develop and implement the HR strategy, focus on enhancing existing people foundations including engagement, capability and culture;
- Provide comprehensive employee relations advice and support for escalated and complex matters;
- Drive value add projects, streamlining and improving people practices and systems to enhance employee experience and culture;
- Lead and manage your team, supporting their engagement and development and ensuring organisational goals are met.

Additionally, you will bring:
- Demonstrated success in a leadership/ strategic HR Generalist position, with the ability to flex between strategic activities and rolling your sleeves up to be hands-on depending on business needs;
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, with a strong service orientation and motivation to add value;
- Ability to drive business agenda through design and delivery of people policies and practices;
- Expert knowledge in employee relations and the ability to coach leaders around effective practices in this space.
