Before joining The Next Step, John spent over a decade in life sciences recruitment across the UK and Europe, partnering with pharmaceutical, biotech and medtech organisations on specialist search from mid-level through to C-suite. That background gives him a distinct edge - a deep understanding of complex industries and what it takes to find and place exceptional talent. Now focused on HR recruitment, he brings that same approach to helping businesses build strong teams and HR professionals find their next move.
