Change Analytics Lead

Are you passionate about using data to influence large-scale business transformation? We are seeking a highly capable Change Analytics Lead to join a significant transformation program impacting multiple entities across a national group.

This is a senior position and a unique opportunity for a commercially minded analyst with experience integrating people, financial, and operational data to drive insight, value creation, and strategic decision-making. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of analytics that inform enterprise-wide transformation decisions
  • Integrate HRIS (Oracle), remuneration, and finance data to create compelling insights and predictive models
  • Build advanced dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, PPT) to communicate key trends and progress
  • Translate complex data into practical recommendations for senior finance and HR leaders
  • Track and report on cost savings, milestones, and value outcomes from transformation programs
  • Support standardisation and automation of key reporting processes
  • Provide guidance to junior analysts across the broader group as required
You will bring:
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong financial literacy with deep understanding of people costings and business reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HRIS data (or similar), remuneration frameworks, and data extraction
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI,  with the ability to build and interpret sophisticated dashboards
  • Programming skills (Python or similar) highly regarded
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen, with an ability to influence through data
  • A collaborative, agile mindset and strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
