The business is currently delivering several ERP and operational systems implementations across manufacturing, warehousing and supply chain — and requires an experienced Change Manager to support successful adoption.
About the Role
You will partner closely with project teams and site leadership to assess impact, prepare the workforce and embed sustainable change practices across frontline and support teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed role and task-based impact analysis
- Mapping workflow changes across production, warehousing and support functions
- Designing practical and simple training solutions
- Supporting leaders to communicate and lead change confidently
- Ensuring business readiness ahead of system go-live
- Embedding adoption strategies beyond implementation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience delivering change in ERP or large systems implementations
- Strong impact assessment and stakeholder engagement capability
- Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, industrial or blue-collar environments
- The ability to translate technical system change into practical workforce solutions
- Confidence building credibility with frontline operators and site leaders
- A pragmatic, hands-on style
