Our client is seeking a capable, hands on Change Manager to support a transformation already underway. This role will suit someone who enjoys working closely with leaders and teams, rolling up their sleeves and turning strategy into practical, people centred change.  You will be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where relationships, trust and clarity are just as important as delivery.  Reporting to the Head of Change, you will partner closely with the Executive Leadership Team, people leaders and project teams to ensure organisational change is well planned, clearly communicated and successfully adopted.

About the Role
As the Change Manager, you will responsible for leading and delivering end to end change management across major organisational initiatives. You will ensure employees and leaders understand what is changing, why it matters and how they will be supported, while minimising disruption and maximising outcomes.  This is a delivery focused role where you will work across multiple initiatives, align change activity across the business and help build sustainable change capability over time.
  
You will:
  • Develop and deliver practical change strategies, plans, roadmaps and toolkits aligned to business priorities
  • Design learning pathways to support adoption and capability uplift
  • Lead change impact and readiness assessments with clear actions and risks identified
  • Building strong working relationships is critical to success in this role. You will work closely with executive leaders, project sponsors and people leaders, facilitating workshops, briefings and engagement sessions.
  • You will act as the trusted link between project teams, people and capability, learning and internal communications.
  • In partnership with the Head of Change and internal communications, you will:
  • Develop clear, tailored communication plans that articulate the purpose and impact of change
  • Produce high quality materials including leader toolkits, frequently asked questions, presentations and intranet content
  • Ensure consistent, timely and professional messaging across the organisation
About you
Ideally, you will bring experience embedding change practices into project delivery approaches including agile and waterfall.
You will have experience leading readiness activities, pilot groups, feedback collection and transition support.  You will track adoption, engagement and readiness and provide clear reporting to leaders and evaluate outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement.  You are a warm, engaging and collaborative change professional who balances empathy with momentum and  comfortable working with ambiguity, confident engaging senior leaders and practical in how you deliver change.
  
You will require:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, HR or a related discipline
  • Strong experience using the Prosci ADKAR framework
  • Five or more years experience in organisational change management
  • Experience delivering change across complex or multi stream initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills
  • The ability to distil complex ideas into clear and compelling messages
  • Experience in digital, technology or cultural transformation projects will be highly regarded.
