  • ASX-listed business with strategic growth agenda
  • People-first culture that values innovation and collaboration
  • Lead a national HR team driving strategy, capability, and culture

About Them
Join a large, multi-site ASX-listed organisation at a pivotal moment in its growth and transformation journey. Supporting a diverse white- and blue-collar workforce of approximately 2,000, this business is on an aggressive growth trajectory and is seeking strong, future-focused leadership within People & Culture (P&C) to shape its next chapter.

Proudly ‘different’ to its competitors, the organisation sets itself apart through its scale, culture, agility, and the ambitious projects it pursues. With a deep commitment to innovation, technology, and culture-building, it fosters a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that rewards bold thinking and genuine collaboration.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) will be responsible for architecting and executing strategies that foster a high-performing, values-driven, and future-ready organisation. Through designing integrated HR, talent, culture, and transformation initiatives, to driving cultural integration through mergers and acquisitions, your influence will be felt across every corner of the business. Operating in a publicly listed environment, you will also ensure people practices align with governance and disclosure obligations.

You will lead a large, capable P&C team spanning Business Partnering, People Services, Learning and Organisational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Change Management.

About Success
Success in this role means enabling business growth by designing and embedding HR solutions that drive performance, accountability, and cultural strength. You’ll balance rigour with agility, and through trusted, authentic leadership, position P&C as a true enabler of commercial outcomes and long-term organisational success.

About You
You are a seasoned and strategic people leader with executive-level experience in large-scale, complex organisations with unionised workforces. You bring proven ability to lead capability uplift, succession and talent management strategies, coupled with deep expertise across industrial and employee relations and workforce governance.

You thrive on complexity and are energised by fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Comfortable walking the floor as much as presenting to the board, you’re an authentic, credible leader who inspires trust at all levels. You pair commercial acumen with a genuine care for people and are highly skilled in leading through influence, building leadership pipelines, and preparing the workforce for the future.

About Culture & Benefits
This organisation is proud of its unique, people-first culture. With a reputation for being hands-on, humble, and high-performing, they believe in rolling up their sleeves, solving complex problems together, and having a laugh along the way. A strong sense of care—for customers, communities, and each other—underpins everything they do.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role with broad scope and genuine influence, in an environment where your contribution will shape the organisation for years to come. If you’re seeking a role where you can lead boldly, deliver lasting impact, and work alongside a passionate and driven executive team, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
