About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who is already well-connected across the Sydney HR community and enjoys blending thoughtful business development with genuine client partnership. You will leverage your existing relationships with HR leaders to open doors, deepen engagement, and support organisations navigating workforce change. Alongside client stewardship, you will also deliver hands-on career coaching, ensuring individuals receive the guidance they need through transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your existing network of Sydney HR leaders to identify and pursue new opportunities, representing the organisation authentically at events and industry forums.
  • Strengthen and grow trusted partnerships with HR, People & Culture, Talent, and OD leaders, providing support through workforce change and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Lead and coordinate transition programs, managing resources, timelines, and communication to deliver a seamless client and participant experience.
  • Provide tailored one-on-one career coaching, including job search strategy, resume development, brand positioning, and interview preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records, uphold internal processes, and contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and reporting
About You
You are already well-established within the Sydney HR ecosystem and have a strong network of HR Directors, Heads of People & Culture, Talent Leaders, and broader People-function contacts. You build trusted relationships quickly and approach business development with authenticity, empathy, and insight, not hard selling.

Highly organised and adaptable, you manage competing priorities with ease and communicate with clarity and professionalism, especially in sensitive situations. Experience in client relationship management, workforce transformation, HR consulting, or career coaching will set you up for success in this role.

This role is based in Sydney CBD onsite 4 days a week with 1 day WFH.

Circa $140K + Super
