Key roles and responsibilities:
- Cultivate and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client goals and representing the organisation authentically at events.
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with HR leaders, providing support through workforce changes and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate transition programs, managing resources and communication to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Deliver personalised one-on-one career coaching, assisting individuals with job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation.
- Maintain adherence to internal processes, accurate records, and up-to-date assessment tools, contributing to continuous improvement and reporting.
