About the role:
This role offers a unique blend of thoughtful business development, client relationship stewardship, and hands-on coaching. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, building genuine connections while supporting individuals through career transitions. This balance ensures that client needs, organisational growth, and coaching success are all aligned.
Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and pursue new business opportunities by understanding client goals and representing the organisation authentically at events.
  • Develop and nurture trusted relationships with HR leaders, providing support through workforce changes and ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Lead and coordinate transition programs, managing resources and communication to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Deliver personalised one-on-one career coaching, assisting individuals with job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation.
  • Maintain adherence to internal processes, accurate records, and up-to-date assessment tools, contributing to continuous improvement and reporting.
About you:
You naturally build deep, trusting relationships with senior stakeholders and approach business development with empathy and insight rather than sales pressure. Organised and adaptable, you manage competing priorities smoothly. Your clear, professional communication style helps you handle sensitive conversations with confidence. Experience in business development or client relationship management, along with a background or interest in HR, coaching, or workforce change, will help you thrive in this role.
