About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networks, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct tailored, needs-based conversations with prospective clients aligned to their strategic goals.
- Prepare compelling proposals, respond to tenders, and confidently present service offerings.
- Attend and represent the organisation at industry events and client functions to build visibility and relationships.
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow existing client accounts, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and service enhancement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders during times of change, including restructures and workforce transitions.
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients to ensure delivery of outcomes and identify additional needs.
- Track and report on account activity, client feedback, and business outcomes.

- Strong experience in relationship or account management, ideally in professional services, HR, or consulting.
- Well-networked, confident in engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Highly organised, articulate, and comfortable managing multiple client portfolios.
- Able to take a strategic view of client challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
