About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. As a trusted representative of the brand, you will bring credibility, professionalism, and the ability to build lasting trust with senior decision-makers.
   
Key Responsibilities:
   
Business Development & Market Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networks, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct tailored, needs-based conversations with prospective clients aligned to their strategic goals.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, respond to tenders, and confidently present service offerings.
  • Attend and represent the organisation at industry events and client functions to build visibility and relationships.
   
Client Relationship Management
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, focusing on retention, satisfaction, and service enhancement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders during times of change, including restructures and workforce transitions.
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients to ensure delivery of outcomes and identify additional needs.
  • Track and report on account activity, client feedback, and business outcomes.
   
About You
  • Naturally personable and professional, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong experience in relationship or account management, ideally in professional services, HR, or consulting.
  • Well-networked, confident in engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, articulate, and comfortable managing multiple client portfolios.
  • Able to take a strategic view of client challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
