About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Culture & Capability/Employee Experience professional to take ownership of a broad and high-impact portfolio. You’ll be the driving force behind initiatives that strengthen culture, build organisational capability and create an exceptional team experience.

From culture and values through to performance, talent, and organisational effectiveness, you’ll have genuine scope to help shape the agenda and see your work come to life.
  • Lead the design and embedding of culture, values and ways-of-working initiatives.
  • Own and evolve the organisation’s listening and engagement strategy, turning data and feedback into actionable insights.
  • Develop and embed capability frameworks, talent development and leadership initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to build capability, improve team effectiveness and navigate change.
  • Influence the integration of capability across performance, learning and talent initiatives.
  • Lead organisational development initiatives spanning organisational design, workforce planning, role clarity and future capability.
  • Lead high-profile culture, engagement and capability projects from strategy through to implementation and sustainable embedding.
  • Facilitate leadership and team effectiveness initiatives that strengthen collaboration, accountability and performance.
  • Partner closely with P&C Business Partners and Centres of Excellence to bring strategic people initiatives to life.

About You

You’re an experienced Culture & Capability/Employee Experience/Organisational Development/People & Culture professional who combines strategic thinking with the ability to get things done.
  • Proven experience across culture, engagement, organisational development or capability.
  • Strong experience designing and embedding people programs and initiatives.
  • Expertise in employee engagement, including surveys, analysis, insights and action planning.
  • The confidence and credibility to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling insights and practical action.
  • Experience leading change and managing multiple projects in a complex environment.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic approach and a genuine passion for improving the employee experience.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development or a related discipline.
