Your Role
As Director, HR Partner, you will strategically partner with leaders across your portfolio, providing expert HR advice to shape and deliver people strategies that support future focused organisational goals.  

Key focuses:

  • Build trusted relationships based on credibility and open communication, through the provision of comprehensive HR and business focused guidance;
  • Provide thought leadership, coaching and change support to leaders, building leadership capability and aligning business practices with business strategy;
  • Proactively contribute to the development and delivery of high impact people and cultural initiatives, enabling organisational effectiveness;
  • Utilise data and analytics to evaluate HR initiatives, proactively recommending solutions to workforce challenges.
About You
An experienced and commercially minded HR professional, your ability to build trust at all levels, to drive the delivery of strategic goals will be key to success in this role.  
  
Additionally, you will bring:  
  • Demonstrated success in a senior HR Generalist/ strategic partnering position within complex financial services organisations;
  • Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, able to build credibility and influence;
  • Ability to drive business agenda through design and delivery of people policies and practices;
  • A strong change leader, able to simplify complexity, align stakeholders and drive successful delivery;
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification.
