Reporting to the CPO, and working directly with the CEO, Board & Group Executive, you will lead a diverse OD team covering a broad and integrated remit across talent strategy, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, learning innovation, and future workforce capability.  Your accountabilities will include:

You are a high-impact enterprise organisation development leader with deep capability across leadership, talent and succession, culture and learning. You bring a strong track record of advising Boards and influencing CEOs and executive teams in large, complex organisations, translating strategy into disciplined, enterprise-wide execution. Commercially minded and decisive, you thrive in pace and ambiguity. Experience in retail or large-scale consumer environments is highly regarded.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a visionary leader who thrives on complexity and wants to make a tangible, enterprise-wide impact on people, culture, and organisational performance.
