Reporting to the CPO, and working directly with the CEO, Board & Group Executive, you will lead a diverse OD team covering a broad and integrated remit across talent strategy, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, learning innovation, and future workforce capability. Your accountabilities will include:
- Own the enterprise-wide talent & succession strategy, including executive talent management and leadership pipeline planning
- Ensure short and long-term leadership capability to support organisational strategy and growth
- Reset leadership frameworks and deliver high-impact development programs across all leadership levels
- Use leadership development as a key lever for cultural transformation
- Reimagine learning for a large frontline workforce, leveraging digital and AI-enabled solutions at scale
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion strategies that build belonging and deliver measurable outcomes
- Establish and embed job and skills architecture to enable workforce planning and future capability readiness
