In this fast-paced and hands-on role, you’ll be part of a collaborative HR team, providing high-level guidance on complex employee relations matters and supporting best-practice outcomes.

About the Role
Reporting to a senior HR leader, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and challenging ER case load. This will include advising on performance, misconduct, and conflict matters, as well as conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with policy and legislation.
You’ll be joining a highly capable HR function that’s seeking additional ER expertise to manage workload and maintain service excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and advise on complex ER issues, including performance, misconduct, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide best-practice recommendations
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to build ER capability across the team
  • Support consistent application of policy and compliance requirements
  • Provide timely, practical advice to leaders across Australia and New Zealand
About You:
  • Experienced ER Specialist or HR Generalist with strong ER expertise
  • Confident managing high-volume, complex ER cases
  • Skilled in interpreting policy and legislation
  • Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working in large, structured or matrix environments
