About Them
Our client is a diversified private business group managing a portfolio of commercial interests across multiple sectors. The organisation takes a long-term approach to growth and value creation, balancing established operations with new ventures and emerging opportunities. Their culture is entrepreneurial yet measured, providing exposure to a broad variety of commercial activities within a highly professional and trusted environment.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a highly trusted position operating as an extension of the CEO's office. Combining responsibilities across executive support, office management, project coordination and administration, the role provides exposure to a diverse portfolio of business, investment and personal activities.
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. Instead, you will act as the central coordination point across people, projects, assets and priorities, ensuring the CEO's time is optimised and key activities progress efficiently.
The role is broad and varied, encompassing complex diary and travel management, project coordination, office operations, insurance and asset administration, HR support, stakeholder liaison and executive communications. You'll also play a key role in driving accountability, maintaining governance processes and identifying opportunities to leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline administration.

About You
You'll be a highly organised and proactive professional who is comfortable operating autonomously, is able to balance strategic coordination with hands-on execution while managing competing priorities with discretion and sound judgement.
You'll build trusted relationships quickly, anticipate needs before they arise and take pride in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Whether coordinating projects, managing executive priorities or overseeing administration, you're someone who enjoys making things happen.
