About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team, this is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the people, culture and HSEQ agenda during a period of significant organisational change. Leading a team of HR and HSE professionals, you will drive workforce capability, culture, safety and organisational performance while acting as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Board and senior leadership team.

About You
You are an experienced People & Culture executive with a proven track record leading people strategies within complex, operationally intensive organisations and geographically dispersed workforces.

You bring:
  • Demonstrated success leading organisational transformation and change.
  • Deep expertise across workforce planning, talent, culture, employee relations and leadership development.
  • Strong safety leadership credentials, including wellbeing and psychosocial risk management.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with credibility at Executive and Board level.
  • A pragmatic, resilient and authentic leadership style that builds trust and drives results.
