Your Role
Provide strategic HR leadership, translating business strategy into clear and commercial people plans, enabling leaders achieve business goals. You and your team will play a pivotal role in shaping a thriving workplace culture and driving high performance.
Key focuses:
- Act as a trusted partner to the executive and senior leadership team, proactively providing pragmatic and commercial people advice;
- Support leaders through complex people matters, including change and performance management with confidence and consistency;
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, including process optimisation, organisational design and workforce planning;
- Lead and inspire your team, identifying opportunities to leverage strengths and build capability.
A motivated and commercially driven HR professional, you balance strategic thinking with practical execution to deliver impactful people outcomes.
Additionally, you bring:
- Demonstrated success in a strategic HR Business Partnering position within a complex, fast paced environment;
- Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, able to build credibility and influence across all levels;
- Deep experience in providing comprehensive HR advice, with a solutions mindset, able to think creatively whilst mitigating risk to the organisation;
- Proven ability to lead with impact, coaching, inspiring and managing as needed;
- A strong change leader, able to simplify complexity, align stakeholders and drive successful delivery.
