Your Role
As Head of Human Resources (HR), you will work closely with stakeholders to strategically align HR practices with business goals, shape a thriving workplace culture and drive high performance.   
  
Key focuses:

  • Develop and embed HR strategies that align with the organisation’s mission, vision, and long term goals;
  • Partner with the executive leadership team to shape organisational culture and drive strategic workforce planning;
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, including digitalisation, process optimisation and change;
  • Utilise data and analytics to evaluate HR initiatives, proactively recommending solutions to workforce challenges;
  • Lead and inspire your team, identifying opportunities to leverage strengths and build capability.
About You
A motivated and commercially minded HR leader, you are pragmatic about delivering solutions that enable the workforce to achieve organisational goals.
  
Additionally, you bring:  
  • Demonstrated success in managing the design and delivery of both strategic and operational people initiatives, ideally with experience in professional and/ or financial services industries;
  • Exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills, able to build credibility and influence across all levels;
  • Deep experience in providing comprehensive HR advice, with a solutions mindset, able to think creatively whilst mitigating risk to the organisation;
  • Proven ability to lead with impact, coaching, inspiring and managing as needed;
  • A strong change leader, able to simplify complexity, align stakeholders and drive successful delivery.
