Your Role
As Head of People, Culture & Safety (PC&S), you will have responsibility for strategic and operational people initiatives, enabling organisational success. Lead and inspire your team, working closely with key stakeholders, to support growth and enablement.    
  
Key focuses:
  • Develop and embed people strategies aligned with the organisation’s goals and values;
  • Partner with the executive leadership team and key stakeholders, utilising your expertise to coach, advise and influence;
  • Lead and motivate your team, identifying opportunities to leverage strengths and build capability;
  • Utilise data and analytics to evaluate PC&S initiatives, proactively recommending solutions to enhance organisational culture, engagement, processes and systems;
  • Lead and contribute to value add projects, aligned with business strategy, engaging and educating your audience to successfully deliver long term benefits.
About You
A motivated and commercially minded P&C leader, you are pragmatic about delivering solutions that enable the workforce to achieve organisational goals.
  
Additionally, you bring:  
  • Demonstrated success in the design and delivery of both strategic and operational people and safety initiatives within complex and diverse environments;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to build credibility and influence across all levels;
  • Deep experience in providing comprehensive HR advice, relating to policies and procedures, employment legislation and industrial instruments;
  • A strong change leader, able to simplify complexity, align stakeholers and drive successful delivery.
