About the Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership opportunity to lead the full People function during a 9-month maternity leave period. Reporting to the CPO and partnering closely with the executive team, you’ll drive strategic people initiatives while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the people agenda across multiple business units, supporting organisational change, and uplifting leadership capability in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and coaching to senior leaders
  • Lead culture, engagement, and capability initiatives
  • Oversee complex ER and IR matters, ensuring compliance and best practice
  • Drive workforce planning, succession, and talent strategies 
  • Manage HR operations, policies, governance, and people reporting
  • Support change programs, restructures, and new ways of working
  • Deliver projects across performance, remuneration, and diversity & inclusion

About You
You are a smart, energetic HR professional with a strong generalist background, eager to step into a leadership role. You are confident but approachable, practical yet strategic, and excited to partner with leaders to make a real difference in a people-first organisation.

  • Have experience in HR generalist leadership, ER/IR, workforce planning, and organisational development
  • Are commercially minded and able to balance business priorities with employee wellbeing

This is the perfect opportunity for an up-and-coming HR leader to take a step up, stretch themselves, and gain senior leadership experience while contributing to a meaningful, purpose-led organisation.

Our client is ideally looking for someone who is happy go into the office 4 days a week and WFH 1 day a week and reports into a talented CPO that you will learn a lot from. 

This contract will be a start date in April/May.
