About them
Our client is a well known organisation with a national footprint and a large, collaborative People and Talent function. They are currently experiencing a period of high activity and are seeking temporary support to assist with visa administration for overseas employees. The HR team is well established and supportive, with clear processes and experienced leaders.

About the role
This is a temporary HR Administrator role supporting visa processes for overseas chefs across the business. The role will focus on coordinating documentation, uploading information into internal and external systems and liaising with immigration agents and employees throughout the process. You will work closely with a busy HR Advisor managing multiple visas at various stages and provide additional HR administration support as required.

This role is offered as an initial three‑month contract, with an immediate start. The role can be based in Parramatta, NSW or Brisbane, QLD with hybrid working arrangements.

About you
You will have prior experience supporting visa processes and are confident managing detailed documentation and stakeholder communication. You are highly organised, comfortable juggling competing priorities and have strong coordination skills. Exposure to HR systems such as Elmo, along with Excel and Google Suite, will be beneficial though not essential.
