As the People & Culture function continues to evolve, an exciting opportunity has become available for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a collaborative HR team supporting a diverse operational workforce.

About the Role
Reporting to the Group Manager – Human Resources, the HR Administrator will provide high-quality administrative support across the People & Culture function, ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately and confidentially.
Working closely with the HR team and leaders across multiple operational sites, you'll play an important role in supporting employee lifecycle activities while contributing to continuous improvement across HR systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing employment contracts, employment variations and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities across the business.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Processing HR purchase orders and invoices.
- Supporting employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with HR reporting, workforce metrics and compliance reporting.
- Supporting policy administration, document control and process improvements.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the broader People & Culture team.
- Contributing to initiatives that enhance the employee experience and improve HR service delivery.
About You
You are an organised, proactive and customer-focused HR professional who enjoys supporting people and working as part of a collaborative team. You will bring:
Previous experience in an HR Administration or similar support role.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills.
- A genuine interest in Human Resources and supporting positive employee experiences.
- Experience using HRIS or payroll systems will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline will be viewed favourably.
