About the Role
Reporting to the Head of HR & Talent, you’ll play a critical role supporting the business through a high volume of immigration-related activity while also contributing to key HR projects.
- Manage high-volume visa and sponsorship processes, including documentation, tracking, and compliance obligations
- Act as a key HR contact for managers on visa-related queries and workforce planning
- Support the development and implementation of a new Award, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Assist with the integration of Award conditions into time and attendance systems
- Partner with payroll and operational teams to ensure accurate interpretation and application of conditions
- Contribute to other HR projects and BAU advisory support as required during the contract period
You’re a practical, delivery-focused HR professional who can step in quickly and add value from day one. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing visa and sponsorship processes in a high-volume environment
- Working knowledge of employment compliance and industrial instruments
- The ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with operational leaders
- Experience supporting HR projects, particularly those involving Awards and payroll/time & attendance systems preferred
