About the Organisation
This organisation doesn’t just attract top talent — it inspires them to stay. A leader in the specialist healthcare space, they deliver exceptional support to their customers 365 days a year. With a genuine commitment to quality, care, and purpose-led values, they’ve cultivated a team of passionate, like-minded professionals. With around 1,000 employees and the backing of dedicated shareholders, they’re on a growth journey — with exciting plans for innovation, new systems, and a strong focus on workforce capability and transformation.

About the Role
As part of a high-performing and collaborative People Services team, you’ll report to an inspiring Team Leader and play a hands-on role in delivering a seamless employee experience for this 12 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional ready to bring their systems knowledge and operational expertise into an organisation undergoing real transformation.

You’ll be a key player in the rollout of Dayforce, supporting the implementation and data migration while ensuring BAU HR operations continue to run smoothly. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and your input will help shape how the People & Culture function scales for the future.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high volume of HR queries via a shared inbox across onboarding, offboarding, policies, contracts, and payroll triage
  • Drafting employment contracts and formal employee correspondence
  • Supporting the successful implementation and data migration of the new Dayforce HRIS
  • Jumping into a range of generalist HR activities and process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance HR service delivery
About You
You bring a strong foundation in HR operations, gained within large, fast-paced and well-structured environments. You're comfortable navigating complexity, managing high volumes, and maintaining precision under pressure. Whether it's supporting a new system rollout or responding to a policy query, you bring a calm, solutions-focused mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

You’ll also bring:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a HR Coordinator or Administrator role in a corporate setting
  • Exposure to HRIS implementation or system change projects — Dayforce experience a plus
  • High attention to detail and a track record of working with speed and accuracy
  • A curious, proactive mindset — you ask the right questions and seek out better ways of working
  • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills across all levels
  • Enthusiasm for joining a growing, purpose-led organisation where your impact matters
Located in North Ryde, this full-time on-site role is your chance to bring big-brand experience into a purpose-driven environment where you can make a meaningful impact.
