The Role
This is a broad HR role where you’ll provide trusted advice and support during a significant business transition. Working closely with leaders and the wider HR team, you’ll play a key part in ensuring continuity and stability for employees while contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees during a period of transition.
- Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, offering structured, pragmatic, and solutions-focused support.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and projects across the business.
- Contribute to ER/IR matters where required (experience preferred but not essential).
- Support organisational change initiatives and employee engagement.
We are seeking a HR professional who brings:
- Solid generalist HR experience (HR Advisor or emerging HRBP level).
- A pragmatic, dependable “safe pair of hands” approach.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to adapt to ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively.
- ER/IR exposure is desirable but not essential.
