We are partnering with a leading ASX-listed organisation to appoint a HR Advisor on a 4-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your HR expertise to a well-known business during a pivotal period of change.

The Role
This is a broad HR role where you’ll provide trusted advice and support during a significant business transition. Working closely with leaders and the wider HR team, you’ll play a key part in ensuring continuity and stability for employees while contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees during a period of transition.
  • Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, offering structured, pragmatic, and solutions-focused support.
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and projects across the business.
  • Contribute to ER/IR matters where required (experience preferred but not essential).
  • Support organisational change initiatives and employee engagement.
Skills and Experience
We are seeking a HR professional who brings:
  • Solid generalist HR experience (HR Advisor or emerging HRBP level).
  • A pragmatic, dependable “safe pair of hands” approach.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to adapt to ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • ER/IR exposure is desirable but not essential.
You’ll join a supportive and collaborative national HR team, working alongside experienced HRBPs and Advisors who value teamwork and practical solutions.
