This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading tertiary education provider in Western Sydney who are known for being forward thinking, innovative and are passionate about making a difference. With a large number of projects afoot, this division undergoing significant change and has a great opportunity for a HR generalist to join the team to support these projects within the organisation.
  
Reporting to HR Leadership team, and collaborating with the wider HR team, your role will be to support end to end HR processes and various projects. Some of your key activities will include:

  • Act as the quality gatekeeper for HR change activities, ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Support the delivery of large-scale redeployment and redundancy programs.
  • Review and prepare employment letters, contracts, and variations.
  • Provide guidance on policy, EA provisions, and legislative compliance.
  
Ideally you will be tertiary qualified, and have experience in a similar role, with a background of working in large, complex organisations with an understanding of project/change environments.  You have excellent people and communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, You will have an excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage high volume documentation. You will be highly resilient, adaptable and be pragmatic in your approach.
