About the role
For this 12 month fixed term contract, you will report to the Senior People & Culture Manager, and you’ll support a multi-brand retail network across a broad range of generalist HR activities, including:

  • Employee relations and performance management
  • Coaching and supporting retail leaders
  • Driving culture and engagement initiatives
  • Learning and development coordination
  • Policy and process support
  • Recruitment and onboarding

About you
To be successful in this role, you will be an adaptable and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, retail-focused environment. You will be confident building relationships, providing sound advice, and finding practical solutions that balance people and business needs.
You’ll ideally bring:
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence navigating employee relations matters
  • A hands-on, can-do approach and genuine team mindset
  • Experience within hospitality or retail sectors
  • The drive to take the next step in your HR career — perfect for an experienced HR Coordinator ready to step up into an Advisor role
