About the role
This is a hands on HR Advisor role supporting leaders across a broad generalist remit in an operational environment. You will partner closely with managers, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice to support frontline and corporate teams.
- Key responsibilities include
- Providing end to end employee relations advice
- Supporting and guiding leaders through performance management and workplace matters
- Interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures and industrial instruments
- Managing day to day HR queries across a diverse workforce
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities and HR initiatives
About you
You are a confident HR Advisor who enjoys being close to the business and supporting leaders in a fast paced, operational environment.
- You will be well suited to this role if you bring
- Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor position
- Backgrounds within operational, blue collar or healthcare environments highly regarded
- Exposure to interpreting and applying the SCHADS Award
- Strong employee relations capability and sound judgement
- A practical, solutions focused approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Full Australian working rights with no ongoing restrictions, as this role may progress to permanent employment
