This is a broad generalist role where you'll have the opportunity to build trusted relationships, provide day-to-day HR advice and support the delivery of key people initiatives, while working within a collaborative and down-to-earth team.
The Role
Reporting into the HR Manager, you'll support leaders across the full employee lifecycle while providing practical HR advice in a fast-paced operational environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate roles
- Preparing employment contracts and contract variations
- Coordinating employee mobilisation and onboarding
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR advice and employee enquiries
- Supporting performance review cycles and performance management processes
- Assisting with the rollout of people initiatives and projects
- Drafting HR documentation, policies and procedures
- General HR administration and employee lifecycle support
About You
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys supporting leaders, building relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisory role
- Experience recruiting for operational and/or blue-collar workforces
- Confidence preparing employment documentation and providing day-to-day HR advice
- Exposure to performance management and employee relations processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine desire to support leaders and employees
