Supporting a diverse group of directors, leaders and employees, the HR team plays an important role in helping the business navigate growth, drive consistency and provide practical people solutions across a variety of operational environments.
Due to an immediate requirement, they are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on an initial contract, with the strong potential to transition into a permanent role. Based in Botany, you'll join a collaborative team environment with flexibility around start and finish times, one day per week working from home, and the opportunity to genuinely influence people outcomes across the business.

This is a true HR generalist position where no two days look the same.
Working closely with leaders across a portfolio of businesses, you'll provide coaching, guidance and practical support across employee relations, performance management, recruitment and broader people initiatives. You'll be joining an environment that is continually evolving, where priorities can shift quickly and where initiative, sound judgement and a pragmatic approach are highly valued.
With multiple businesses, directors and leadership styles to support, this role will suit someone who enjoys variety, can navigate changing priorities and brings a practical, solutions focused approach to HR.

You are a confident and pragmatic HR professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing outcomes and supporting leaders through people challenges.
You'll bring:
- Experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
- Strong employee relations and performance management capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to balance competing priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- A practical, solutions focused approach
- A sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience within construction, manufacturing, trades or project-based environments will be highly regarded, but is not essential
