You'll be based in the Perth office and play a critical role in delivering HR support and advice across a fast-paced, operationally complex business.
About the Role
You’ll support teams working in regional FIFO sites where staff deliver large-scale catering, housekeeping, and accommodation services. The role is hands-on, case-focused, and requires someone confident managing sensitive matters independently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end casework, with a strong focus on employee relations and conduct matters
- Provide advice on performance management, complaints, grievances, and policy interpretation
- Confidently push back on senior leaders where needed to ensure risks are mitigated and due process is followed
- Coach and influence managers to manage performance issues early and effectively
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, awards, and best practice case management standards
- Support reporting requirements, including DMIRS reporting obligations.
- Proven experience in HR advisory roles with a strong emphasis on case management
- Solid understanding of Fair Work requirements, conciliations, and employment legislation
- Resilient and confident communicator, able to engage and challenge senior stakeholders when needed
- Experience in hospitality, FIFO, or remote/regional workforces highly regarded
- Able to self-prioritise in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Familiarity with WA-specific reporting (e.g. DMIRS) would be advantageous
You’ll be part of a supportive, agile People & Culture team that values strong relationships, clear communication, and pragmatic HR support. This is a great opportunity to bring your ER expertise into a values-led business that operates in a complex and people-focused environment.
