About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing People & Culture team on a 3–6 month contract, supporting a dynamic and diverse workforce based in remote hospitality environments. You'll be based in the Perth office and play a critical role in delivering HR support and advice across a fast-paced, operationally complex business.

About the Role
You’ll support teams working in regional FIFO sites where staff deliver large-scale catering, housekeeping, and accommodation services. The role is hands-on, case-focused, and requires someone confident managing sensitive matters independently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end casework, with a strong focus on employee relations and conduct matters
  • Provide advice on performance management, complaints, grievances, and policy interpretation
  • Confidently push back on senior leaders where needed to ensure risks are mitigated and due process is followed
  • Coach and influence managers to manage performance issues early and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, awards, and best practice case management standards
  • Support reporting requirements, including DMIRS reporting obligations.
About You
  • Proven experience in HR advisory roles with a strong emphasis on case management
  • Solid understanding of Fair Work requirements, conciliations, and employment legislation
  • Resilient and confident communicator, able to engage and challenge senior stakeholders when needed
  • Experience in hospitality, FIFO, or remote/regional workforces highly regarded
  • Able to self-prioritise in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
  • Familiarity with WA-specific reporting (e.g. DMIRS) would be advantageous
Why Join
You’ll be part of a supportive, agile People & Culture team that values strong relationships, clear communication, and pragmatic HR support. This is a great opportunity to bring your ER expertise into a values-led business that operates in a complex and people-focused environment.
