About the Role

An exciting new 12 month fixed term contract opportunity is available for a passionate, energised and experienced HR Professional with strong project management skills. You thrive on delivering high-impact projects with speed and efficiency, with a sharp results-focused mindset to bring about measurable and meaningful change. 

Reporting to and partnering closely with an engaging and commercially-astute People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key HR projects designed to create future workforce improvements, enhance ways of working, and contribute to the future of the organisation.

This role will be managing project workstreams and actions, preparing frameworks and toolkits, and driving change management initiatives. Project areas of focus include Workforce Planning and Talent Management initiatives - attrition and retention; as well as a smaller Systems focus. 

About You

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner/HR Projects Specialist/Change Management Professional who possesses hands-on experience executing and delivering HR projects to a specific deadline, achieving tangible results.

You will be an exceptional communicator, a true problem-solver with a solutions-focused mindset and determination to get the desired results and bring about long-lasting value into the organisation. Impeccable attention to detail, highly organised, and a can-do professional manner are imperative in this professional services environment - as well as bringing a sense of fun in what you do!
