About the Role
This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract. As the HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in partnering with stakeholders across all levels to support the employee lifecycle and help drive strategic people initiatives. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your ability to coach, influence, and implement best-practice HR will be critical to your success. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.
- Providing practical HR advice to senior leaders across the business
- Managing performance review cycles and use engagement data to drive enablement.
- Leading change activities, contributing to workforce planning, team growth and restructure initiatives
- Supporting development programs through mentoring, coaching, and performance support
- Working closely with global HR to align people strategies during periods of change
You are a proactive and adaptable HR professional with experience in HR Business Partnering roles, ideally within corporate or professional services. You thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and can confidently manage ambiguity, providing pragmatic advice, and managing competing priorities. Known for your strong stakeholder engagement and coaching abilities, you’ve successfully supported organisational change and delivered both strategic and operational HR outcomes.
