About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will support a diverse mix of corporate and operational functions across multiple sites. The role provides both strategic and operational HR support, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including Executive General Managers and senior management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with business leaders on ER and investigation matters to ensure positive outcomes and compliance.
  • Supporting corporate restructures and providing strategic HR guidance during periods of organisational change.
  • Engaging in strategic HR projects, with a focus on leadership upskilling and co-facilitating tailored programs alongside external providers.
  • Travel to other sites if and when required. 
  • Negotiate Enterprise Agreements with the Head of HR.
The salary package is circa $130,000 base + super + bonus

About You
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in HR business partnering within a complex, large organisation. Strong ER and investigation skills, along with the ability to engage senior stakeholders to drive outcomes, will be essential for this role, as well as familiarity with managing both white-collar and blue-collar workforce challenges.

This opportunity is well-suited to someone looking to build their IR expertise and step into a more active role in EA negotiations.

This hands-on role requires strong gravitas and the ability to connect with employees working in physically demanding roles. Your proactive approach will be crucial for supporting restructuring activities and providing effective HR support across a diverse portfolio.
