About the Role
In this influential, hands-on HR Business Partner role, you will provide full-spectrum HR support across QLD and NSW; from Employee and Industrial Relations, to performance, engagement, and talent strategy, playing a critical role across the entire employee lifecycle.
Located in south-Brisbane, this role plays a pivotal part in strengthening leadership capability across the business, with a strong focus on upskilling leaders through strong coaching and mentoring. You will empower leaders with the tools, confidence, and mindset needed to navigate people challenges, drive performance, and foster a high-performing team culture.
About You
To be successful in this role, you:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Expertise in leadership development - this role is ideal for someone who has strong people management experience
- Possess experience working in a blue-collar, fast pace, commercial environment with a mixture of a white and blue collar multi-site workforce
- Expertise in managing complex Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters
- Strong understanding of employment legislation, Modern Awards, EA’s and HR compliance
- Demonstrated success in strategic workforce planning and organisational development
- Experience supporting leadership through change management with rapid growth
- Located South Brisbane - you genuinely enjoy being in the office/onsite fulltime, building and maintaining strong working relationships
