The role
We’re seeking a hands-on People & Culture Business Partner, reporting to the P&C Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor to site leaders and a practical HR partner who can navigate complex people matters while helping to drive cultural improvement and change initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead performance management and complex case work
- Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on ER/IR issues and investigations
- Support change initiatives and cultural improvement at site level
- Partner with managers across diverse operational portfolios to lift leader capability
- Use the organisation’s HRIS (Workday) to support people processes and reporting
- Provide practical, hands-on support for day-to-day people matters
About you
This role would suit someone that is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, is practical and pragmatic in their approach, and has great communication skills.
- 3+ years’ experience in generalist HR or HR Business Partner roles
- Confident handling employee relations, investigations, and performance/case management
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in operational environments
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with resilience
- Hands-on, collaborative, and passionate about improving people and culture.
