About the Role

  • Providing strategic and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, balancing best-practice HR with a pragmatic approach to existing processes and relationships.
  • Championing HR initiatives and policies, influencing change through building credibility and consensus
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders, providing guidance and delivering people solutions that drive engagement, performance, and growth
  • Coach leaders through complex or sensitive conversations with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
 About You
  • Degree-qualified in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role, particularly within change-focused environments
  • A resilient, agile mindset and a passion for people-first HR practices
  • Strong capability to work across both strategic and operational HR
  • Natural coaching skills and the ability to build deep trust with stakeholders
