  • Support an organisation in transformation

About Them
This for-purpose organisation is in a turnaround phase under new leadership, with a focus on returning to financial sustainability and regaining its strong market presence in our communities. It’s an exciting time to join a business that is rebuilding, resetting its culture, and placing people capability at the heart of its future.

About the Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in re-establishing HR foundations and partnering closely with leaders to deliver people initiatives that enable organisational performance and engagement. You’ll provide hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle, offering practical advice and coaching to managers on ER, performance, and workforce planning matters. In addition, you’ll contribute to key projects focused on leadership capability, culture, and compliance as the organisation continues to evolve.

About You
You’re an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a visible impact. You bring strong generalist capability across ER, performance, and culture, with the ability to balance day-to-day operational delivery with longer-term initiatives. You’re approachable, pragmatic, and confident building relationships and trust across all levels of the business. Experience in NFP, health, disability, or community services is advantageous, but most important is your ability to partner with purpose and support an organisation through change.
