About Them
Join a highly successful global enterprise that has made significant strides in Australia over years, becoming a leading force in its industry. The business is known for responding quickly to market trends and customer needs, underpinned by a strong commercial mindset and a fresh, dynamic approach to its offering.
With a growing national footprint and an ambitious agenda, this is an organisation that values collaboration, accountability, and practical people leadership.

About the Role
This is a permanent role supporting the corporate functions within the business. Partnering closely with senior leaders, the role provides hands-on, trusted HR support across the full employee lifecycle, balancing day-to-day delivery with longer-term people initiatives.
Highly visible and well connected, this role will suit an HR professional who enjoys working at pace, building strong relationships, and supporting leaders through both everyday people matters and more complex challenges. You will play a key role in shaping culture, building capability, and aligning people practices with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end employee relations in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Coach and advise leaders on performance management, policy, and employment legislation
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across corporate functions
  • Support talent initiatives, including internal mobility and succession planning
  • Contribute to key people projects such as DEI and capability uplift
About You
You are an experienced HR generalist or HR Business Partner who thrives in a commercially focused, fast-moving environment. You’re comfortable balancing operational delivery with broader people initiatives and enjoy working in the grey - adapting your approach to suit different leaders, teams, and situations.
You build credibility quickly, communicate with warmth and clarity, and are confident providing constructive challenge when needed. This role would suit someone who has led a small HR team or supported others in a dotted-line capacity, as well as someone ready to step into a broader, more visible role with clear scope for career growth in a business that values internal progression.

Experience in large-scale complex organisations, FMCG, Retail or Hospitality is highly desirable.
