What you’ll be doing:
- Providing generalist HR support across a multi-site, operational business
- Advising on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, misconduct, and performance issues
- Supporting leaders and managers with coaching, compliance and best-practice people management
- Interpreting EBAs and providing advice to managers and employees
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to embed a proactive HR approach
- Solid generalist HR experience, ideally within an industrial environment
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and confident ER case management skills
- Experience with or exposure to EBAs (not essential but highly regarded)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Comfortable working predominantly onsite and travelling as needed
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
