Are you a hands-on HR Business Partner with strong generalist experience and a solid understanding of employment law? Do you enjoy working in fast-paced, operational environments and partnering closely with leaders to support a diverse, industrial workforce?

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing generalist HR support across a multi-site, operational business
  • Advising on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, misconduct, and performance issues
  • Supporting leaders and managers with coaching, compliance and best-practice people management
  • Interpreting EBAs and providing advice to managers and employees
  • Partnering with stakeholders across the business to embed a proactive HR approach
What we’re looking for:
  • Solid generalist HR experience, ideally within an industrial environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law and confident ER case management skills
  • Experience with or exposure to EBAs (not essential but highly regarded)
  • Strong relationship building skills 
  • Comfortable working predominantly onsite and travelling as needed
  • Available to commence immediately or at short notice
