About The Company
This professional services organisation is undergoing significant transformation and offers a unique opportunity to influence development, engagement, and retention in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role
This 12-month fixed-term contract is ideal for a generalist with a genuine interest in coaching and developing early careers professionals.

Reporting into the Senior P&C Manager, you’ll work closely with a cohort of high-performing, early careers Consultants — identifying their strengths and development areas, building trust, and supporting their growth through coaching and feedback. This group is intelligent and driven, so gaining credibility and becoming a trusted advisor is key.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your ability to coach, influence, and apply best-practice HR will be central to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to your client group, building strong relationships and offering coaching and mentorship
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle while supporting generalist HR activities
  • Manage performance review cycles and use engagement data to drive meaningful outcomes
  • Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance development, retention, and engagement
  • Support structured development programs through coaching and feedback
  • Partner with the Senior P&C Manager to support on change programs
About You
You’re a proactive, adaptable HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’re passionate about developing early careers talent and have a natural ability to build trust and provide honest, constructive feedback.
Empathetic and grounded, you bring a calm and credible presence. While you’re drawn to coaching and development, you’re also a capable all-rounder who’s happy to roll up your sleeves and support across the employee lifecycle.
