Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for HR queries while delivering high-quality operational support across the employee lifecycle. About the Role
Working closely with the CPO and broader team, this role will provide practical, execution-focused HR support across onboarding, recruitment coordination, HR administration, systems reporting and committee support.
You will play a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day HR operations during a time of change, ensuring compliance, accuracy and strong service delivery across the business. The role offers exposure to generalist HR, compliance and people operations, providing strong development toward an advisory-level position.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for HR queries
- End-to-end onboarding coordination and compliance documentation
- Recruitment coordination and candidate experience management
- HR administration across the employee lifecycle
- Maintaining HR systems including SAP and ELMO
- Producing accurate and meaningful HR reports
- Supporting generalist HR and compliance initiatives during restructure
This role would suit:
- An HR Coordinator with 2–3 years’ experience looking to step up
- Tertiary HR qualifications (essential)
