About the role
This 3‑month contract will see you step into a busy HR team to provide coordination and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
- Managing recruitment administration, including scheduling and documentation
- Preparing and maintaining HR reports
- Supporting stakeholders across various regions
- Providing general HR administrative support to the wider team
You will bring:
- Previous experience as a HR Administrator or HR Coordinator
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple regions
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
