About them

About the role
This 3‑month contract will see you step into a busy HR team to provide coordination and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing recruitment administration, including scheduling and documentation
  • Preparing and maintaining HR reports
  • Supporting stakeholders across various regions
  • Providing general HR administrative support to the wider team
About you
You will bring:
  • Previous experience as a HR Administrator or HR Coordinator
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple regions
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
