About the Role
This is a contract opportunity with the potential to transition to permanent for the right candidate. Supporting an experienced and commercially minded HR leader, you will coordinate key HR processes and ensure seamless people operations across the business.
You will be responsible for:
  • Managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding, including issuing contracts and compliance documentation
  • Supporting the bi‑monthly payroll cycle
  • Providing responsive and accurate HR administrative support
  • Acting as a key point of contact for employees and leaders
  • Maintaining HR data and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
You will gain exposure to a wide HR remit, including supporting national and international contractor processes and assisting with new office growth.

About You
You will bring:
  • Experience as an HR Coordinator who can hit the ground running
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational capabilities
  • Confident communication skills and a mature, professional mindset
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and support a busy HR function
Experience in creative, digital, tech, or white‑collar environments will be highly regarded.
