About the Role
As HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things people. Manage the full HR remit – employee relations, conflict resolution, payroll, WHS, and oversight of recruitment – while supporting an Office Assistant and fostering a culture where people thrive. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

About You

  • Proven HR generalist experience with confidence in investigations and conflict resolution
  • Payroll and WHS knowledge, with a keen eye for detail
  • A strong communicator who builds trust easily
  • Resilient, proactive, and ready to make a real difference
