About the Role
As the HR Manager, you will play a central role in re-establishing HR foundations, partnering with frontline leaders, and shaping the way HR supports the organisation, whilst managing a small team. You will lead operational HR delivery, provide coaching to leaders, and contribute to strategic projects focused on capability, culture, and compliance. 

About You
You’re a hands-on HR leader who enjoys building things from the ground up and working in complex, service-based environments. You have a strong generalist toolkit across ER, capability development, and operational excellence. You're practical, calm under pressure, and able to flex between frontline support and strategic initiatives. Experience in NFP, health, disability, or community services is a bonus, but most important is your ability to build trust, influence change, and thrive in an environment where your contribution will be visible and valued.
