Are you a values-driven People & Culture leader who can balance strategy with delivery? This senior leadership role will see you shaping the future of a leading Australian FMCG manufacturer while embedding a culture of excellence, innovation and care.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires the ability to work across strategy, operations, and culture. You’ll lead a small team of HR professionals, oversee key people projects, and serve as the trusted adviser to senior leaders.

  • Provide leadership across all facets of People & Culture, including culture, capability, industrial relations, talent, and organisational design.
  • Coach and support senior leaders to role model values, strengthen leadership impact, and build engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Drive best-practice approaches in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, wellbeing, remuneration, performance and employee relations.
  • Oversee and deliver key projects including capability frameworks, engagement initiatives, change management, and leadership development.
  • Champion continuous improvement and lean processes across HR systems, policies, and operations.
  • Promote sustainability and corporate responsibility, embedding practices that support both business performance and positive community outcomes.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with food safety, risk management, and governance frameworks.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Significant experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and IR frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence and coach senior executives, while remaining approachable and pragmatic.
  • Experience in project management, culture-building, and organisational transformation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
