Our client is a fast-paced, values driven organisation where people and customer sit at the centre of the business. Due to internal secondments and parental leave over the next 12 months, we are seeking experienced HR business partners to provide stability, leadership and strong people support during this time.
With both corporate and operational portfolios available, the business is known for its pace, high expectations and strong internal talent focus. Leaders value practical, confident HR partners who can balance empathy with commercial judgement and aren’t afraid to gently challenge when required.

- Leading and contributing to people projects (e.g. DEI initiatives, capability uplift, leader tools and guides)
- Managing and developing HR team members in either a direct or dotted-line capacity
- Working effectively in ambiguity and adapting as the operating model continues to evolve
