About Them
An opportunity exists for an experienced HR Manager to support an organisational transformation across two Australian sites. This role will work closely with local leaders and a global HR team to guide the business through a major period of change.

About the Role
This is the organisation’s first dedicated HR presence in Australia during a pivotal moment in its history. With major structural, operational and workforce changes underway, the HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting employees, advising leaders and implementing compliant people processes.

You will take ownership of both strategic and hands on HR responsibilities, ensure clear communication throughout the change program, and build foundational HR practices to support long term success.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Change & Transformation
  • Lead the HR components of a significant organisational restructure
  • Support role deployment, redeployment pathways and retention strategies
  • Manage consultation processes in line with Fair Work obligations
  • Prepare for and guide redundancy processes, with a strong focus on redeployment
  • Partner closely with local leaders, global HR and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate people related communications throughout the change program
Generalist HR Support
  • Act as the on‑site HR contact for managers and employees 
  • Provide coaching, advice and practical support on day to day HR matters
  • Review, tidy and rebuild existing HR processes, files, policies and documentation
  • Develop foundational HR practices tailored for the Australian environment
  • Liaise with global HR teams and leverage insights from other global transitions
Please note this role will require occasional travel to Sydney.

About You
 
We are seeking an HR professional who is confident, pragmatic and comfortable operating independently. You will bring:
  • Strong HRBP or senior HR generalist experience
  • Background in manufacturing, operations, industrial or similar environments
  • Proven experience leading or supporting restructures, change or site transitions
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair Work requirements
  • A calm, practical and solutions‑focused approach
