The Company:
We’re partnering with a purpose-led organisation in the aged care sector to recruit a HR Officer for a short-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on HR role with a small and supportive team.
Working alongside another HR Coordinator, you’ll look after BAU generalist HR activities including contract generation, performance processes, award interpretation, and general employee support.
This business plays a vital role in supporting aged care providers across Australia, and they’re ideally looking for someone with experience in aged care or healthcare.
  
The Role :
  • Support contract generation and general employee lifecycle administration
  • Assist with performance review processes
  • Interpret and advise on relevant awards and HR policies
  • Provide guidance and HR support to leaders and staff
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance
  
Details
  • Hourly rate: Circa $90 - $110K package (hourly rate equivalent)
  • Immediate start – 4 to 6 week contract
  • Bundoora Location - Preference to work Onsite
  • Full time (potential part time option)
  
Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience in a HR Officer, HR Advisor or HR Coordinator role
  • Ideally experience in aged care, or broader health settings
  • Confident interpreting Awards and navigating Fair Work
  • Comfortable working onsite in Bundoora (full-time preferred, Part Time considered)
  • A current (or recently completed) police check
