About the Role:  

Working closely with the General Manager, People & Culture, the HR Partner will take the lead on employee relations, while also providing end-to-end HR generalist support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner with leaders to coach, advise and influence positive people outcomes in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage employee and industrial relations matters, providing expert advice on performance, conduct, investigations and policy interpretation.
  • Support leaders across all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and engagement.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience, compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with payroll and WHS teams to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Support the review and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and systems.
About You
  • Proven experience in a HR Partner or Senior HR Advisor role with strong employee relations capability.
  • Sound understanding of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation and industrial frameworks.
  • Ability to balance operational delivery with project and stakeholder management.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience in hospitality, events or sport/entertainment sectors will be well regarded.
